**We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our remote finance team. This role is responsible for supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.** **You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that drive business growth and operational efficiency.** ## Key Responsibilities * **Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets** * **Analyze financial performance and identify variances against targets** * **Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports** * **Conduct profitability, cost, and revenue analysis** * **Support strategic planning and investment decisions** * **Provide insights on key financial and operational metrics** * **Assist with cash flow management and financial risk assessment** * **Partner with business units to support data-driven decision-making** * **Improve financial reporting processes and automation** * **Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies** ## Required Qualifications * **Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field** * **1+ year of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role** * **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling** * **Experience with financial systems and ERP tools** * **Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles** * **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills** * **Excellent attention to detail and accuracy** * **Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment** * **Strong written and verbal communication skills** ## Key Competencies * **Strategic thinking and business acumen** * **Data-driven decision-making** * **High level of integrity and confidentiality** * **Strong organizational and time-management skills** * **Ability to translate complex data into clear insights**
