We're Hiring: Project Manager - Bradley A4E1 Program
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our deep defense program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring vehicles and hardware are delivered on time and within budget.
Location: 3831 Lucius McCelvey Dr, Temple, TX 76504
(On-site, up to 20% travel)
Contract: 1 year, with potential extension or conversion to permanent
Schedule: 9/80 (every other Friday off)
Relocation: Not provided – must self-relocate
What You'll Do:
- Developing integrated project plans and schedules
- Coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Contracts, and Finance
- Tracking cost/schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Managing supplier and stakeholder communications
- Mitigating risks and presenting updates to senior leadership and U.S. Army stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Education/Experience:
- BS + 6 years of PM experience OR MS + 7 years
- Defense Program Management Experience (essential given pay scale)
- Sample
Relevant Projects:
- Armored Vehicles: Bradley A4E1, Stryker Modernization, Abrams Tank Upgrades
- Combat Systems & Mission Electronics: Patriot Missile, M1A2 SEPv3, JLTV Electronics Integration
- Military Aviation/Aerospace: F-35 Sustainment, AH-64 Apache Modernization, CH-47 Chinook Upgrades
- Certifications: PMI-PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, or PMI-SP
- EVM Expertise: PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI
- Tools: MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Deltek Cobra
Preferred:
- Master’s degree + 7 years’ experience
- PMI certification (PMP/PgMP)
- Earned Value Management experience
