Job Description/Summary

Inventory control specialists report directly to the IT Manager and are responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels throughout Buttery Company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
• Track and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct Cycle count discrepancy audits of warehouse personnel.
• Create and maintain warehouse / retail store bin locations.
• Perform inventory movement of displaced product.
• Verify inventory and labeling items.
• Train other employees in replenishment and cycle count functions.
• Report any issues with inventory management systems.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Works well with others and individually.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computers.
• Database management skills.
• Able to use inventory system and RF Gun to update counts.
