Jacobs is seeking a detailed oriented, tech savvy WIMS (Water Information Management System) Analyst to support our water and wastewater operations through effective use of the Water Information Management System (WIMS). As a WIMS Analyst, you'll build, customize and maintain operational and compliance reports within WIMS as well as perform ongoing database clean-up to ensure data accuracy and integrity, including restructuring and building from scratch. You’ll have strong analytical thinking, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment as well as being extremely organized, proactive, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities for our WIMS Analyst
• Build, customize, and maintain operational and compliance reports within WIMS.
• Perform ongoing database clean‑up to ensure data accuracy and integrity, including restructuring and building from scratch.
• Contribute to system standardization efforts across multiple facilities and operational groups.
• Support corporate-level initiatives related to data management, reporting, and process improvement.
• Provide hands-on support to project teams, including data workflows, performance metrics, and system enhancements.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for WIMS end-users.
• Execute repetitive or scheduled tasks to maintain system reliability and data consistency.
• Troubleshoot data issues, system errors, and user‑reported problems, escalating when necessary.

Here's what you'll need
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.

• Critical thinker with the ability to analyze problems and identify effective solutions.
• Experience in water and/or wastewater operations, compliance, reporting, or management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formula creation.
• High level of computer literacy and overall comfort with technology and new software platforms.
• Ability to manage a mix of technical tasks and user support activities
• Ability to travel 10%
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
• Experience writing or understanding SQL queries.
• Previous work with WIMS or similar data/reporting systems.
• Strong communication skills and can translate data needs into practical solutions

Posted Salary Range: Minimum
91,400.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
115,000.00

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range for this position is $91,400.00 to $115,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
