Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care for a travel assignment in Brownsville, TX. This position offers a dynamic work environment in a Free-Standing Emergency Department (FSED), where you will be an integral part of a high-functioning team providing critical care.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Provide emergency care across all TRIAGE levels
• Perform rapid assessment and intervention in a high acuity setting
• Support airway management and intubation
• Assist in splinting and immobilization
• Monitor and recover patients undergoing moderate sedation
• Provide wound care and laceration repair assistance
• Conduct cardiac monitoring and support code response and resuscitation

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications
• Strong ED clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a small team setting
• Proficient teamwork and communication skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Experience with Meditech and Point of Care testing in FSED preferred
