Job Overview

We are seeking multiple Entry Level Assemblers to join a growing aircraft parts manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are open to candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Candidates will be placed in the department that best matches their skills and interests.

✅ Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft components and parts according to specifications
• Use hand tools and basic equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards
• Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a strong interest in hands-on work
• Assembly, manufacturing, automotive, construction, or related experience is a plus
• Ability to use hand tools and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainview, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
