MCDATM Associates Is GROWING — and we're looking for the right people to join our team! !!️

We specialize in building custom PPO health plans for small business owners, families, and self-employed individuals.

What we are looking for ,

✔️ You MUST be comfortable talking to people. Introducing yourself or holding a conversation makes you uncomfortable, this is not the role for you.

✔️You MUST be coachable and eager to learn. We're looking for open-minded people who are willing to absorb knowledge and put it into action!

Position Details:

FULL TIME ONLY

Remote or in-office.

Coming to the office a few days per month is highly encouraged.

Most of our work happens wherever life takes us, all you need is a laptop and a phone!

Income and Opportunity: NO income cap

Agents can earn $2,000-39,000 per week, and five-figure weeks are not uncommon. Massive quarterly bonuses and production bonuses are up for grabs.
