Equipment Operator w/CDL

What You'll Do:

• Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely and effectively operate loaders, dump trucks, backhoes, graders, and other machinery as needed.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily safety checks, cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Jobsite Management: Maintain clean and organized jobsites, load and unload equipment, and securely store and transport tools.
• Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and procedures while adhering to QA/QC standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with site supervisors and teammates to execute projects efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Certification:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of equipment operation experience.
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • Ability to obtain HAZWOPER 40 certification.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attributes: Self-starter, team player, and safety-oriented professional.
• Requirements:
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record consistent with company and insurance standards.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Physical fitness to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to remote job sites and work extended hours when required.

CDL Driver Requirements:

To fulfill this safety-sensitive position, candidates must meet all FMCSA and DOT regulations, including registration in the FMCSA Clearinghouse, drug and alcohol query consent, and providing a valid CDL with a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

Work Conditions:

• Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Travel to job sites, sometimes in remote locations, as required.
