Mentor Trainer/ Instructor Needed
Magic Moments Stable is looking for a Mentor Trainer / Riding Instructor who can work well in a team environment.
Our business has continued to grow and we have the need for an additional more advanced level instructor. We have a small facility (53 stall barn) with a covered arena and an outdoor arena. Both are lit with lights and have good footing. We are primarily an Arabian; Half-Arabian; Andalusian & Cross barn that focuses on Sport Horse, Dressage, Western Dressage and trail riding.
We are a team environment and have more than one instructor and trainer. We are currently showing on the US and Canadian National level and winning. For the past 28 years we have been showing on the regional, National and World Championship levels With bringing home numerous championships each year.
We Have a few foals each year to bring up through the ranks, buy and sell horses, provide training for clients horses along with our own. Being a people person is a must. Must have a professional appearance, be highly organized and pay extreme attention to detail. Horses and riders well being are the most important.
We are looking for a full time person. The position is a live-in (if needed) position with a town house about 1 mile from the barn. Some of the duties for the applicant would be training horses, teaching lessons, a few barn duties, and keeping things organized and tidy. There could also be some hauling with truck and trailer from time to time.
Must have good command of the English Language, good communication skills, Must live and work by the Golden Rule, must have a positive - Can -Do attitude and be willing to work hard in being part of a winning team! Non-Smokers only!
There are live - in accommodations. Town houses are a mile away from the barn.
