Associate Manager
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Associate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, as well as the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that store objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop team members through effective training programs to enhance their skills and performance.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding inventory management and merchandising strategies.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote products effectively.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in budgeting and forecasting to achieve financial goals.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for product purchases and promotions.
- Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews and onboarding new staff members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and high performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in training development and team management.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse customer bases.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors and customers alike.
- Proficiency in retail math to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: $14.54 - $15.74 per hour
