​​Solutions Productization Manager ​- Coppell, TX

Recently named by Newsweek as one of the Best American Mid-Sized Workplaces in 2026, ​​Rohde & Schwarz is looking for a Solutions Productization Manager to join our Applied Solutions Organization. This role offers the perfect balance of engineering, leadership, mentorship, and problem solving. This role will act as a liaison between the sales teams, systems engineering teams and the customer to understand market dynamics, drive innovation, and get engineered solutions off the drawing board and into our customers labs. In this role, you will own the strategic vision and commercialization of the ASO solution portfolio. You will identify opportunities to standardize and productize complex system integrations into repeatable offerings, define their market positioning and value proposition, and lead cross-functional efforts to bring them to market. Acting as the face of the ASO portfolio, you will equip and influence the Sales organization through training, messaging, and customer engagement to accelerate adoption and drive sustainable business growth. ​Reporting to the Director of Applied Systems Organization, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customer defined solutions as well as unique R&S offerings across multiple applications spaces. Background in the Aerospace and Defense market is preferred. Experience with product marketing, technical product management, complex solutions sales experience and an in-depth understanding of RF Measurement science is desired for this role.

Your tasks

• ​​- Build a “go to market” plan – We offer diverse and highly customized solutions. Helping our sales teams understand and present these solutions will be a critical part of this plan.
• Develop a capabilities portfolio that can help our sales teams and customers understand our services and offerings.
• Engage directly with customers to advocate our goods and services and be an ambassador for our solutions in the marketplace. -
• ​Work collaboratively across the organization - sales, system architecture and engineering, design, mechanical engineering, production, order management, procurement and contracts to develop a solutions knowledgebase.
• Develop Sales Collateral for our products and services
• Meet with sales teams regularly to update them on capabilities and support their sales efforts in their local accounts and regions.

Your qualifications

• ​- US Citizenship is required
• BA/BS: Engineering or equivalent technical degree is required ​- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in customer-facing System Engineering projects ​- Experience with Government project execution is a plus ​- High Level understanding of measurement science ​- Exceptional internal and external customer management and customer service skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills required.
• Domestic and/or Overseas Travel >50%​

The total compensation for this position is $142K-$185K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
