Assembler Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

This hands-on role is essential for the precise assembly of components, ensuring product quality, and contributing to an efficient production environment. *Work Environment & Physical Requirements:**This position operates within a dynamic manufacturing/assembly floor setting, involving work with production lines and equipment. The physical demands for this role include:* Ability to stand comfortably for long periods throughout the shift.* Performing repetitive hand and arm movements.* Lifting and maneuvering parts and components as necessary.* Proficiently using hand tools and various measuring devices.**Skills & Qualifications:****Required:*** Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of hand tools.* Ability to accurately read, understand, and interpret blueprints and detailed specifications.* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.*

Assembler Qualifications:

• * Previous experience in assembly, mechanical, or hydraulic equipment preferred but not required
• * Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• * Ability to read instructions, diagrams, or blueprints is a plus
• * Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate to heavy materials
• * Steel toe boots required; must follow all safety and PPE guidelines
• * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
