Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our team as a DATA ANALYST.

The successful candidate will be a proactive team player who thrives on retrieving, gathering, and organizing data to reach meaningful conclusions that can help improve our company. A majority of the work will be designing and creating reports, including data visualizations, focusing on new trends and areas within which our company can improve.

PLEASE NOTE: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in SQL and/or Power BI.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Gaining a good understanding of the insurance industry
• Analyzing sales, marketing, and operational data to help our company gain business insights
• Research, collaborate, and design reports to meet the needs of our customer
• Interacting with sales managers located all across the nation

Qualifications:

• Be proficient in business intelligence and analytics tools
• Have strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience in SQL HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Capable of both collaborating with others and working independently
• Strong business acumen and professional communication skills
• To have or be pursuing a degree in computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, management, accounting or in a related field
