Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations of Adobe Auto Sales. In this key leadership role, you will manage accounting functions and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong grasp of auto finance specifics like loan portfolios and repossessions, and can drive efficiency in financial reporting and controls.

Management Responsibilities

· Responsible for all areas of corporate accounting (i.e. AR, AP, payroll, etc.) and taxation including production of the weekly and monthly financial reporting packages.

· Assist the General Manager with all areas of Human Resources.

· Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure accurate representation of the dealership’s financial condition. Conduct internal audits as needed.

· Responsible for the daily funding process between Adobe Auto Sales and Adobe Acceptance Corporation.

· Supervise, lead and inspire the accounting and treasury teams.

· Work directly with the ownership group on accounting and tax issues for related companies.

· Ensure effective professional development, performance management and retention of team members.

Skills, Qualifications and Education

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field

· CPA license preferred but not required

· 5+ years in leadership positions

· Leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

· Understanding of financial underwriting

· Need to have a strong skillset in data analysis

· Ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel
