Role Summary

Servers at Jashan are hospitality professionals who contribute to the rhythm and quality of service while building a deeper understanding of food, beverage, and guest experience.

This role is ideal for someone who may already have experience, or someone with strong instincts and ambition who wants to grow in a serious hospitality environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute service steps with precision, consistency, and awareness
• Support captains and managers in delivering a smooth guest experience
• Learn menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and service standards in detail
• Maintain awareness of guest needs and room flow
• Carry food and beverages with confidence and care
• Support mise en place, sidework, and opening/closing responsibilities
• Participate fully in training and coaching
• Help protect the quality and professionalism of the dining room

Ideal Background

• Restaurant experience preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate
• Fine dining exposure is helpful but not required
• Genuine interest in hospitality, food, or beverage is important
• High coachability and strong work ethic are critical
