Client Service Specialist
XP Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with our clients. This role is responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive client experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding service.
The Client Service Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with account-related questions, service requests, and general support while working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
- Document client interactions and update records accurately.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and service processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and service requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Customer relationship management (CRM) experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience handling client accounts or service requests.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
