Job Duties include but are not limited to: * Balance and post transaction reports for multiple stores * Research payment discrepancies related to Service ROs/Parts invoices and pursue resolution * Reconcile bank transactions with accounting postings * Follow up with teammates about unposted bank transactions * Post miscellaneous fees and A/R transactions * Deposit checks for entire Accounting department * Address merchant charge back claims * Monitor check returns * Create monthly floor plan reconciliation report * Assist representatives at multiple stores with schedule maintenance * Answer questions about customer payments and refunds Qualities needed to succeed include: * Ability to work effectively as a team member. * Ability to work independently without direct supervision. * Detail oriented and good communication skills. * Experience in Excel or Google Sheets strongly recommended. Hours: * Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. * This is a full-time position. Compensation: * $21- 23 an hour depending on experience. CAG is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
