What You'll Do

• Assign daily work assignments to maximize operations
• Work alongside employees in the performance of their duties
• Assist department in meeting safety, production, and quality goals
• Coordinate production activities with other departments
• Assist in the development of other employees including holding them accountable and providing performance feedback to the management team
• Maintain work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow all safety policies and procedures

What You'll Need

• Minimum 2 years maintaining environmental control systems
• Minimum 1 year leading teams preferred
• Previous supervisory experience in an operations environment preferred but not required
• Proven self-starter with experience developing individual strengths and teams

Your Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
