WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salon Coordinator for our Austin, TX salons (Westlake, Mueller, and Cedar Park). Your expertise will be in providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and scheduling clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service, we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Salon membership and retail sales
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services dont worry, well train you!
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Schedule appointments in person or by phone/text
• Facilitate Salon operations, under guidance of Salon Manager
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and relaxing environment for our guests

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work at least one weekend day and evenings until 8:00pm
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
