**CLIENT COVERS LODGING FOR ALL TRAVELERS ON THIS ASSIGNMENT**

Pay Rate: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00

Number of Positions: 1

Start Date: 03/09/2026

Travel: Onsite Lodging Available

Assignment Length:  13 Weeks with Chance of Extension

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 40 Hours a Week

EMR: CPSI

Additional Details:

• 6 - 8 Patients per Day
• Provides primary, episodic patient care to individuals of all ages.
• Identifies and utilizes skilled physical therapy intervention process as framework for patient care.
• Provides care based upon professional evaluation of patient needs in a prioritized manner.
• Projects a positive decisive image in support of the philosophy, goals and objectives the Hospital, including electronic health records and on-going support and goals of a paperless system.
• Assists the Director or Rehab with data acquisition and preparation/formatting of reports and projects as assigned.
• Performs patient scheduling and other clerical duties as needed within department.
• Provides patient and family teaching and works cooperatively with other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional physical therapy practice and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Assumes responsibility and accountability for the care of those patients being treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and may be assigned to orient staff and students and assume duties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence of that individual.
• Participates in performance improvement and program development activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 Year Experience Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Texas PT License
