Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter for our midstream client to support hiring across both Project Operations and Corporate Services. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, and delivering high-quality candidates across a diverse range of technical, professional, and corporate positions.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for project-based organizations and corporate support functions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interviews, gather stakeholder feedback, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and negotiate employment offers in partnership with HR and hiring leaders.
Project Recruitment
- Recruit for project-based positions supporting engineering, construction, operations, commissioning, maintenance, field services, and other technical disciplines.
- Build talent pipelines to support current and future project staffing requirements.
- Understand project schedules and workforce planning needs to ensure timely delivery of qualified talent.
- Maintain relationships with candidates interested in future project opportunities.
Corporate Services Recruitment
- Recruit for corporate functions including Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Marketing, Communications, Administration, HSE, and other business support teams.
- Partner with department leaders to understand role requirements and organizational objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market intelligence to hiring managers and leadership.
Employer Branding
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through professional candidate engagement.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives and employee referral programs.
- Ensure all candidates receive a positive and professional recruitment experience.
