Position: Office Scheduling Assistant Location: La Copa Ventures Hutto,Tx Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure schedules align and conflicts are resolved.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Smart sheets.
- Previous experience in office administration or scheduling is preferred but not required.
- Bi-lingual a Plus.
