🕒 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🏢 On-site (No hybrid/remote option)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Property Administrator to support a high-end Class A commercial office property. This is a long-term, open-ended contract role with consistent full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist tenants with inquiries and service requests
- Manage and track work orders
- Provide administrative support to property management team
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Must have experience supporting a Class A high-rise commercial office property management team
- Previous property management or administrative experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
