We’re hiring an Assistant Director of Client Relations to lead consultations and convert qualified, inbound prospects into clients.
This is not an intake role. This is a closing role.
You’ll work with warm leads, build trust quickly, guide decisions, and confidently ask for commitment. Your impact is direct, measurable, and tied to firm growth.

- Lead high-stakes client consultations
- Build trust and control the conversation
- Clearly recommend next steps
- Convert prospects into retained clients
- Own and improve conversion metrics
- Follow up with discipline and intention
