Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. You will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining commercial insurance accounts by fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Partnering closely with clients carriers and team members you will ensure accounts are effectively managed while driving a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional with a passion for cultivating long-term trusted client relationships and a strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assist clients in developing insurance programs tailored to their unique business needs including endorsements audits and renewals.
- Provide proactive insights to clients on available coverages compliance updates and risk management strategies.
- Maintain and develop relationships with insurance carriers to ensure competitive pricing coverage and policy options.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage claims processes and address any client queries promptly.
- Review and analyze insurance policies endorsements and agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to expand the value and coverage portfolio of existing accounts.
- Stay informed on trends and developments in the commercial insurance industry to better serve clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience (5 years) in commercial insurance account management or related roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and risk management practices.
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain insurance concepts to diverse audiences across varying levels of insurance knowledge.
- Familiarity with agency management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Exceptional time management organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Current Property and Casualty license required.
