About this opportunity
With over three years as an established Ericsson Production Site in the US, the Warehouse team is looking to expand our capabilities in new product introduction and other high-touch build coordination. The Product Operations Coordinator will coordinate, create, and integrate all the actions and flows between warehouse and the new product introduction team, making sure that warehouse provides the correct parts in the correct quantities in the correct time frame.
The Product Operations Coordinator must have broad, hands-on knowledge of all warehouse steps to ensure timely delivery of complex, high-visibility projects while communicating status in an accurate and concise manner. The Product Operations Coordinator is truly on the forefront of ensuring the success of the US 5G Smart Factory in adding new products to our portfolio of the most cutting-edge 5G radios and basebands in the world.
What you will do
Coordinate
- Coordinate warehouse activities to ensure that we provide the right parts for the NPI team
- Develop the required process and align with the customers of the process
- Coordinate with production regarding parts that will be delivered to the warehouse and process shipments
- Segregate materials and provide appropriate storage, following all requirements
- Ensure that any exceptional, out-of-normal-process instructions are followed during the build, especially with regard to utilization of special components
- Ensure timely packaging and delivery of products to customers
Communicate
- Participate as member of various product introduction project teams working closely with Project Managers and engineers to secure project success
- Drive build plan meetings as necessary
- Produce build reports showing results and future improvements for internal and external customers
- Coordinate activities within Production and Warehouse across shifts as necessary to ensure continuity
Improve
- Drive respective KPIs and other metrics regarding build timeliness
- Promote, understand, and strictly adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines without deviation

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job training in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
- High energy with desire to be hands-on in a warehouse environment
- Proven leadership behavior
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly diverse, fast-paced, and constantly evolving work environment
Ideal Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Six Sigma
- Solid understanding of applying 5S principles within production and warehouse environments
- Knowledge of Ericsson, its products, and its processes
This role reports to the Warehouse & Material Handling Manager
