Billing Clerk Receptionist
:
We are looking for a reliable, high energy Billing Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. This position will be performed in person at our corporate/branch office located in Odessa, Texas. This position will be responsible for a combination of billing and receptionist duties. #ESP
Responsibilities
- Create daily billing runs for our 12 branch locations
- Troubleshoot invoices with errors
- Print and organize invoices
- Send invoices to customers via mail or email
- Collaborate with the branches on electronic filing
- Manage phone duties as needed
- Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office supplies and equipment
- Manage and distribute office mail
- Keep up to date on all corporate safety policies and implement them for visitors and around the office
- Required to work after hours the last day of each month until all branches have completed monthly billing
- Manage all incoming visitors to the office
- Help management set up for meetings as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
