The Assistant Operations Manager – F&B /Rooms will provide support and oversight for the operational departments within the hotel. Responsibilities for this role will focus on supporting hotel operations: Outlets (3-meal restaurant, bar, and market), Banquets , Front Office, and Housekeeping. The Assistant Operations Manager – F&B /Rooms would be responsible for overall guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, and scheduling. Other responsibilities will include running the shift in the department head’s absence, acting as the Manager on Duty as needed, and reporting to the F&B and Rooms Department Heads.
