Administrative Assistant
Location: Galveston, TX
Pay: $17.00/hour
Temporary (90 Days) – Potential for Extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Openwork, Formerly Meador Staffing, is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Trust Department of a well-known financial institution in Galveston.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Scanning, printing, and preparing client reports
- Providing administrative support to Trust Officers
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining common areas
- Performing general office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
