Regional Sales Director

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. (CPL) seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead growth across a multi-state territory for our clinical and anatomic pathology services. Reporting to senior leadership, you will build and execute regional sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and deepen relationships with hospitals, physicians, and health systems. In a patient-focused, quality-driven culture, you'll collaborate with operations and clinical teams, leverage data to drive decisions, and expand CPL's market presence in a stable, growing healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow revenue for CPL's diagnostic testing services.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives across the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and healthcare networks.
• Own regional sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with lab operations, marketing, and clinical teams to align sales initiatives with patient-focused service.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines to secure long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Represent CPL at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Support continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and training.
