ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant located in Conroe, TX. The individual will report to the CEO and perform a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. The role also involves providing executive support, organizing files, and assisting with clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to emails
- Manage the CEO's schedule
- Attend meetings when directed
- Take notes and assist in prioritizing various tasks
- Make travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative support as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and clerical skills to manage daily office operations efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members professionally
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Google products (docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Prior experience supporting executives with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination preferred
- Some technical ability preferred (e.g. navigate wifi errors, printer errors, and basic computer troubleshooting)
