Compensation & Benefits
$14/hour + shared tip pool, employee meals, and PTO
Experience Required:
- Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and accurately to order
- Operate fryers safely and maintain proper oil temperatures
- Follow food safety and portion control standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
- Work closely with cashiers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth, fast service
- Assist with opening or closing station duties as needed
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Prior experience on a fryer or prep line a plus
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume rushes
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards preferred
Requirements:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required | Food Handler Certification required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement
- Must be able to handle exposure to heat, noise, and varying temperatures typical of a restaurant environment
