Senior Product Manager
At Perry Weather, we build technology that helps organizations stay safe, operational, and confident when weather conditions change. From the MLB and top construction companies to thousands of schools, cities, golf courses, and manufacturing sites across the country, our products are used in the moments that matter most. We combine software, integrated hardware, and real-time data into one cohesive system — giving teams the clarity and tools they need to make faster, smarter decisions when lives, assets, and operations are on the line.
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to accelerate our next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, dynamic environments and wants to shape product direction, guide cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful commercial and customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to define strategy, ship high-quality solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Lead full-cycle product work across discovery, strategy, execution, and commercialization, setting a high bar for speed, clarity, and decision quality.
- Proactively surface, validate, and size customer problems, translating insights into priorities and direction that influence the broader roadmap.
- Collaborate deeply with design and engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Own launch readiness end-to-end, coordinating across marketing, sales, customer success, and operations to drive successful adoption and value creation.
- Elevate product narratives by developing personas, sharpening use cases, and crafting compelling internal and external messaging that aligns teams and customers.
- Serve as a key product voice in customer conversations and go-to-market discussions, helping shape positioning, packaging, and market understanding.
- Create clarity and alignment across cross-functional teams, keeping work moving with urgency and focus across the company.
- Raise the bar for product excellence by improving product practices, mentoring others through influence, and contributing to company-wide strategic discussions.
What you bring :
- 6+ years of product management experience in high-velocity environments (preferably B2B SaaS).
- A track record of shipping products end-to-end and driving real usage and impact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, you build conviction quickly and navigate 0-to-1 work well.
- Strong go-to-market instincts; you understand how positioning, pricing, and distribution shape product success.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; you know how to extract insights and turn them into action.
- Data fluency and analytical rigor; you’re comfortable in spreadsheets and product analytics tools.
- Ability to prototype ideas using AI or design tools to move fast.
- High ownership, low ego, and strong follow-through — you set a high bar and bring others with you.
- Curiosity, speed, and adaptability — you love learning new domains and leveling up quickly.
- Casual work environment. We're located in the vibrant Dallas Oak Lawn neighborhood. As a note, our entire team is in office M-F, which allows us to move fast and maintain a standout culture.
- Comprehensive benefits. We offer competitive health insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching, and a suite of voluntary benefits.
- Engaging culture. Monthly All-Hands, fun events like Office Olympics, happy hours, and more.
- Grow with us. We’re growing rapidly, and yet we have a massive amount of work and opportunity ahead. We are looking for difference-makers. This role has high visibility and real influence - you’ll get to directly shape the future of Perry Weather.
