Pay: $19.50 – $20.47/hour
Schedule: Full-time, variable shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours), including nights/weekends

We're hiring Entry-Level Transit Mechanics to join our team at Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). This is a rare opportunity to build your career in a high-demand field—no certifications required.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside experienced mechanics to maintain and repair airport transit vehicles

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues (HVAC, engines, brakes, compressors, etc.)

• Learn to read blueprints and schematics for complex systems

• Perform both routine and corrective maintenance tasks

• Ensure safety standards and security protocols are followed

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Love working with your hands

• Have experience fixing or working on vehicles (personal or professional)

• Are eager to learn and grow in a mechanical career

• Have a high school diploma or GED

• Have a valid driver’s license and can pass a federal background check
