Starting Rate: $17.50/hour

Location: San Antonio, TX 78230

We are a caring, organized family in San Antonio seeking an experienced, engaging, and proactive nanny to care for our 6-year-old daughter and 2-year-old son. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with young children, encourages creativity and learning through play, and helps maintain a calm, structured home environment. We value a peaceful, tidy home and are seeking a patient, organized nanny who is confident redirecting young children and fostering positive sibling relationships. We also have a cat and a dog, so being comfortable around pets is a must.

Start Date: September 1, 2026

End Date: May 31, 2027

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 5:15 PM

What We're Looking For

• Warm, patient, and dependable
• Experience caring for multiple young children
• Potty training experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Enjoys planning arts, crafts, & educational activities
• Comfortable assisting with kindergarten homework
• Confident redirecting sibling conflicts and maintaining a calm environment
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Comfortable following an established routine and family expectations

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, engaging care for two young children
• Help children transition home after school
• Serve afternoon snacks (no meal preparation required)
• Keep children's bedrooms, play areas, and activity spaces clean and organized
• Fold and put away children's laundry
• Change children's bedding weekly
• Maintain children's changing area and diaper supplies
• Organize and rotate toys, books, and craft supplies
• Complete child-related dishes and light kitchen cleanup
• Ensure the home is tidy before the end of each shift
