Role and Responsibilities:

• Watch for any large client walk in. Make sure all A&B clients are bringing samples in.
• Make sure Bottle Request are fulfilled.
• Make sure samples are picked up on the same day as requested.
• Provide quotes with help from CVR. Large clients pass on to sales.
• Take care of new clients, find out who they came to know A&B Labs and I they are A OR B clients then pass them on to Sales.
• Set up new clients making sure the information entered is correct.
• Report daily late reports to Management.
• Call A and B clients at least once per quarter. They should know this person along with the PM's.
• Track new clients entering them into the system once they submit samples.
• Daily lab walkthrough.
• Track Sales Personnel.
• Contact old clients and seek to bring them back.
• Make some cold calls.
• Send Marketing Materials and brochures.

Characteristics

The Customer Service Rep must have good personal habits, work well with others, be technically conscientious, be able to stay on task and complete work on schedule, be able to work independently as well as on a team, and promote the principles and professionalism of the company.

Education

2 year Associates degree preferred but not required

Experience

Three to five years of experience in a customer service role and familiarity with the laboratory testing industry is highly desirable.

Other Skills

• Must be organized
• Must have good written and oral communication
• Must manage the multiple projects with minimal supervision

Working Conditions

Work will occur in an office environment and may have client site visits. The employee may be required to stand, walk or move to various locations around the office and visiting facilities outside the office environment.

Unplanned Activities

This position requires flexibility and adaptability. There will be tasks assigned that are outside of this job description from time to time.

Drug Testing Policy

Selected candidates will be required to take a Drug Test prior to start working with company. Company will pay for drug test cost.
