Bluecore Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Scheduler for a busy cold storage warehouse in Denton, TX. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with logistics and warehouse scheduling experience who can effectively coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:45 AM until finish (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage dock appointments and maintain daily scheduling calendars.
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and warehouse personnel regarding shipment schedules and updates.
• Prioritize shipments to ensure timely loading and unloading.
• Assist with labor planning to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor scheduling changes and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports using Microsoft Excel and scheduling software.
• Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous logistics and warehouse scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound appointments.
• Strong communication skills with carriers, customers, and warehouse operations teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and warehouse scheduling software.
• Ability to manage dock schedules, labor planning, and shipment prioritization.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced cold storage warehouse environment.
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cold storage or refrigerated warehouse logistics.
• Experience supporting high-volume warehouse operations.
