Who you report to: Operations Team

Role purpose: Ensure production quality from dock to delivery by validating materials, monitoring processes, and verifying final assemblies against Quikserv quality standards.

How you will make an impact

• Inspect and test at every stage: receiving, in-process, final assembly, and pre-delivery.
• Document inspections thoroughly and maintain organized quality records.
• Handle nonconforming goods: quarantine, record returns, re-works, and material waste.
• Own returned goods processing, including documentation and occasional repair/re-boxing.
• Apply established inspection protocols consistently across operations.
• Recommend changes to specs for materials, parts, and products when data supports it.
• Use root cause techniques (e.g., 5 Whys) to resolve minor issues quickly.
• Join production meetings to align on priorities and schedules.
• Share concerns and countermeasures during daily shop huddles with assembly teams.
• Serve as backup for receiving, inspection, and issuing BR/glass panels for production.
• Adhere to safety procedures and suggest improvements to elevate safety performance.

What you bring

• 3–5 years in manufacturing quality inspection.
• Demonstrated problem-solving track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows: receipts, inventory controls, production flow, crating, and shipping.
• Time management strengths; deadline-driven.
• Comfort with Word processing and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to read dimensional drawings and confidently use tape measures, calipers, angle gauges, and volt meters.
• High attention to detail.
• Availability for some overtime.
