Job Opportunity – General Medicine Provider – West Virginia

Location: Gassaway, West Virginia (50-mile radius)
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 1 day per week, PRN basis; option to work half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) shifts
Highlights:
- Conduct non-treatment Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans
- Interview-based exams with physical assessments including range of motion and muscle strength testing
- No prescribing or treatment responsibilities
- Quick credentialing and onboarding process
- Flexible scheduling with half-day and full-day options
- One-time bonus available upon completion of required training and first exam
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted West Virginia medical license
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or related general medicine specialty
- Must have own office space within 50-mile radius of service area
- Office must meet ADA accessibility and safety standards
- Proficiency in evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- Willingness to complete required certification training
- Own laptop (Windows-based)
- Current NPDB self-query (within 30 days)
