We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer at Futurex, you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand vision and technical expertise into visually captivating and impactful designs. Your work will span all aspects of design, including, but not limited to, marketing assets and templates, digital and print advertising, social, product design, and website design, contributing to our company's visual identity and market presence.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and deliver multiple, on-brand creative projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
• Develop visually engaging graphics for various purposes, including marketing collateral and assets (datasheets, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, solution briefs, etc.), web design, social media content, presentations, and more.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and cohesive user experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and design best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality designs within established deadlines.
• Receive and implement constructive feedback to refine designs and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and versatility.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint (or equivalent), Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience working in the tech industry or with tech-related projects is a plus.
