Fuel Your Passion The BK Assembler Technician Level 2 is supporting the production team by assembling complex components and ensuring high-quality standards across all products. The role is contributing to the manufacturing process by performing functional testing, operating test equipment, and maintaining compliance with engineering and customer requirements. You are playing a key role in delivering innovative and reliable products that optimize energy production and improve operational efficiency. As BK Assembler Technician Level 2, you are:
- Assembling complex components as per assembly drawings and bill of material requirements
- Performing functional testing on assemblies to ensure quality and performance standards
- Operating test equipment in compliance with engineering and safety standards
- Running pneumatic tubing and preparing assemblies for operational readiness
- Applying settings, calibrating, and maintaining assembly tools for accurate operations
- Performing torquing of various components as per specified guidelines
- Preparing and prepping assemblies for shipment ensuring quality compliance
- Distributing quality notifications (QNs) and supporting continuous improvement processes
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have at least a High School diploma or GED
- Have experience within an assembly or mechanical background
- Have the ability to work effectively as a team player and collaborate with others
- Have a proactive, flexible, and self-starter approach to work
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
