Position Overview

As the Director of Nursing Services, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure excellence in patient care, and drive strategic initiatives within our Women's Health division. This role combines clinical expertise with business acumen to deliver outstanding healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of nursing professionals in Labor & Delivery, ensuring clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Drive quality improvements through evidence-based practices and innovative care delivery models
• Manage departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation requirements
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and communication across departments
• Oversee patient flow optimization and care coordination
• Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN license in state of practice
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in healthcare
• Strong understanding of women's health and maternal care services

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• ACLS Certification
• NRP and FHM Certifications
• RNC-OB Certification
• 3+ years of L&D nursing experience
