Under the guidance of District Manager Stetson Smith , you will receive structured training, mentorship, and ongoing support as you develop your insurance career.
Important Requirements
This opportunity is 100% commission-based and requires candidates to have capital reserves to support themselves during the initial ramp-up period.
This role is best suited for professionals who are comfortable betting on themselves and building something long-term.

- Develop and grow a personal book of business
- Prospect, network, and build relationships in your community
- Educate clients and present customized insurance solutions
- Build systems and processes for long-term growth
- Recruiting and leading a future team

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- Commission-only compensation structure
- 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
- Additional bonuses up to $11,000+
- Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to 3 years
- Long-term contract value and retirement equity
- Ability to sell service and commission rights in the future
