Registered Nurse

Required Skills:
- Valid LVN license
- Ability to manage medication administration and treatments
- Strong documentation and computer data entry skills (full training provided)
- Knowledge of facility Standard Operating Procedures and compliance with HHSC, Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work under supervision and follow established protocols
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Licensed Vocational Nurse certification
- 2-3 weeks of on-unit mentorship with experienced LVNs
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is advantageous
- Must meet HHSC immunization, drug testing, and fingerprinting requirements
- Ability to work alternating shifts, including every other weekend off
- Willingness to start within a flexible timeframe, with at least 5 days' notice for pre-employment processing
- Commitment of at least 6 months
