Sr HR Rig Partner
- Partner with assigned OIMs and Rig Managers to plan and execute strategic people movements.
- Manage and advise leadership on employee relations issues and performance management tools and processes.
- Attend weekly meetings with OIMs and Rig Managers to provide relevant HR guidance to meet operational and personnel objectives.
- Create and facilitate training to educate leadership on HR topics.
- Support succession/talent development processes and conversations alongside organizational development team.
- Initiate transactions and maintain personnel data in HR system of record.
- Conduct offshore investigations as required.
- Minimum Required - Some College. Course work in Human Resources or another relevant field. Equivalent work experience, or offshore experience in lieu of formal education considered.
- Preferred Level - Bachelor's Degree. In Human Resources or another relevant field. HR Professional Certification, a plus.
- Minimum Required - 5-8 years in progressively higher HR influencing or Operational Rig Based roles. Demonstrated experience in human resource disciplines including workforce planning/staffing, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
- Preferred Level - 8+ years in HR influencing roles or Operational Rig Based roles. Oil and gas industry experience, a plus for non-operational profiles.
- Proficient with MS Office products. Fluent in English, written and verbal. Proficiency in HCM applications.
