Office Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in the DFW area. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys supporting daily office operations. No prior experience is required—we are looking for a trainable candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support insurance authorization processes as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized records and office documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual
- No experience required—training will be provided
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
