Key Responsibilities of the Obstetrics/L&D Travel Nurse
- Provide exceptional care to high-risk labor and delivery patients
- Manage cases involving preterm labor and Magnesium Sulfate
- Maintain detailed patient documentation using Meditech & CPIN systems
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Adhere to hospital policies, including floating and holiday scheduling requirements
Requirements of the Obstetrics/L&D Travel Nurse
- Active TX RN License (temp licenses not accepted)
- BLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN Fetal Monitoring certifications
- 2+ years High Risk Obstetrical Experience
- Experience with Meditech system preferred
