-Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments and consultations
-Deliver confident, customer-focused sales presentations
-Educate homeowners on protecting and improving their homes

Compensation & Perks

Base pay of $400/week plus commissions *average of $1400 total per week

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Active auto insurance
- Has reliable transportation for field work
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to travel within Houston and surrounding areas for field work
- Available to work weekends every other weekend
- Professional appearance/presence
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role engaging directly with homeowners or consumers
- Compensation expectations align with average first-year earnings of $85,000–$150,000+ (uncapped commission)

- Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training. *On average around $1400 a week total
