We are looking for a Lead Developer/Architect/Product Designer for Fund Panel, our Salesforce ISV App listed on the AppExchange. An ideal fit is someone very skilled in debugging and refactoring code. If you think in UML, love your design patterns, and feel user acceptance testing is more important than writing code, then we want to hear from you. FundPanel is part of a remote team located primarily in the Denver area. We are focused on delivering polished solutions rapidly for our venture capital end-users within our application, which is built primarily on the Force.com platform. Responsibilities & Duties:
- Solve difficult bugs/errors that are beyond the skills of system admins and developers.
- Help manage a small team of local and offshore developers.
- Work with stakeholders and the product manager to determine requirements and design solutions
- Learn in detail the processes, terminology, and use cases for Venture Capital industry end-users.
- Refactoring our existing Apex codebase to standardize naming conventions & design patterns to improve the efficiency of adding new features and reduce code conflicts.
- Assist in documenting the existing code base and future architecture.
- Build Force.com packages that contain post-deploy scripts to reduce the burden on Admins.
- Assist in one-off customizations to our 650+ managed instances of Salesforce.
- Assist in building tools to help compare and analyze both data and metadata for 650+ Salesforce Orgs.
- Build external tools & portals outside of the Force.com platform.
The salary range for the Lead Software Developer position is $160,000 - $200,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. Employees in the Lead Software Developer role are eligible to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program.

Requirements
- Keen critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience and comfortable with picking up other languages.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Tech support, Testing, and DevOps experience is a plus.
- Humility in your coding with a willingness to always be questioning and improving your deliverables.
- Previous remote self-managed, freelance, or contracting experience preferred.
- Experience with UML, Agile, Extreme Programming, and KANBAN (we don’t practice SCRUM).
- APEX/Salesforce DX, LWC, and Salesforce Managed Packages.
- Visual Studio Code, Jenkins, Jira, GitHub, TestIM(functional test automation).
- Java/J2EE, .Net, JavaScript or any other language is a plus.
- Bootstrap, Node.js/Express, React, Angular, Vue, jQuery & a very basic understanding of responsive design and hybrid mobile apps is a plus.
