Office Admin/Buyer (Fully remote, MUST reside in Texas) Location Remote in Texas : Printed circuit board supplier hiring full-time Office Coordinator (Buyer) for Engineering and purchasing department. Key member of our operation team! Duties: Support engineer and technical sales with customer RFQs and quotes. Review customer files. Analyze vendor quotes. Place orders to vendors. Track all order status and make sure all orders are delivered on time. Create invoice, packing list and other documents in the CRM. Follow up engineering questions. Work with sales to have all engineering questions resolved. Handle quality complaints. Issue corrective action reports. Review vendor invoices and handles accounts payable. Record keeping. Assist with auditing. Other day to day office routines. Requirements: Very close attention to details! Can complete tedious tasks with high accuracy. Self starter. Can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision. Hours: 40 hours/week. 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday- Friday with 1 hour lunch break Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: ~401(k) ~401(k) matching ~ Health insurance ~ Paid time off Schedule: ~8 hour shift ~ Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
